GTR Super Stocks Honored at Oswego Speedway Awards Banquet

OSWEGO, NY (October 16, 2025) - The 2025 season for the GTR Promotions Super Stocks will officially come to a close with the Oswego Speedway Hall of Fame and Championship Banquet on Friday, October 17th at the Oswego Elks Lodge, 132 West 5th Street in Oswego. Cocktail hour begins at 5:30pm, with the sit-down dinner service beginning at 6:30pm.
With his third-place finish in the Dave London Memorial, Garrett Zacharias clinched the Oswego Speedway Super Stock track championship. He is the first driver in over 20 years to earn a Super Stock track title at “The Steel Palace."
In addition to honoring Zacharias, the top five in the GTR Promotions Super Stocks standings will all be receiving awards for their efforts.
The Oswego Speedway will also be celebrating their 2025 track champions Otto Sitterly, Alex Hoag, and Kyle Perry. Highlighting the program will also be the Oswego Speedway Hall of Fame Inductions, inducting Chris Perley, Vic Miller, Jack Patrick, Jim Patemoster, Mike Silliman, Nolan Johnock, Gordon Dukes, Johnny Benson Sr., Novelis, along with Tom, Paul, and Brian Conzone.
Just as the 2025 season concludes, work is already beginning for the 2026 season, with the Super Stocks being on the card on Saturday, June 20, Saturday August 8, and the Dave London Memorial XVIII on Friday, September 4. The NYS Compact Championship will also be held on September 4, with the 4th annual DCR Performance Sportsman Modified Xtra Money Race taking place on Saturday, September 5.
