Ontario Accessibility Solutions Remains Key Partner For Proud Motorsports In 2025

OSWEGO, NY (April 22, 2025) – Proud Motorsports is pleased to welcome back Ontario Accessibility Solutions of Oswego, NY as a major sponsor of the No. 54 Supermodified team for the 2025 season. This marks the fifth consecutive year of support from Rob Finn and his locally-owned business, which has become an integral part of the team’s growth at Oswego Speedway and beyond.

With the help of Ontario Accessibility Solutions, the team has steadily expanded its efforts over the past few seasons. In 2023, Proud earned his first career Novelis Supermodified feature win at Oswego. That success set the stage for 2024, which included a new venture into winged Supermodified racing with the ISMA/MSS series.

After a respectable debut in the Oswego Super Challenge last June, the No. 54 returned for a second start and qualified 8th with a time of 15.245 seconds, followed by a heat race win and a 5th-place finish in the 50-lap feature. Solid performances in the Jim Shampine Memorial and Mr. Novelis Supermodified helped lift Proud Motorsports to 6th in the final Oswego Super Challenge standings - out of 44 teams that participated in at least one event.

Mechanical issues cut short the team’s run in the International Classic, but a strong rebound followed at Evans Mills Raceway Park for the John Burr Classic. In his first Supermodified start outside of Oswego, Proud qualified 4th for the ISMA/MSS season finale and spent much of the 100-lap race inside the top 10.

Back in weekly Oswego competition, the No. 54 remained steady throughout 2024 with five top-10 finishes, including a 2nd in the July 6 Twin 40 and a 3rd on Championship Night, August 17. The team finished 8th in the final Novelis Supermodified point standings.

“Nothing would have been possible these last several years without the support of Ontario Accessibility Solutions,” Proud said. “With their help, we’ve been able to get two feature wins at Oswego and put together the best results my dad and I have had in our careers. It’s allowed us to expand our schedule and support as many Supermodified top and tail wing events - and SBS races - as we can. We’re really looking forward to continuing to work with Rob Finn. It’s the local businesses like his who go above and beyond to help keep short track racing alive.”
