610SitterlyVL_200.jpgTwo weeks out and two wins for Otto Sitterly in his "new" Hawk Chassis #79. Sitterly has entered his ride for 2006 in four events, two heats and two features, and come away with wins in all four events. For Oswego Speedway long time fans, this is the same way that Mike Muldoon began his dominance when forced to put his new #50 into service after an early season practice wreck with his old #80 over a decade ago. Wins right out of the box for Sitterly could be the sign of a career-year for him in 2006.

Sitterly started the feature in sixth position but was up to fourth place by the end of lap one and third place on lap two. He settled into the runner-up spot on lap fifteen and moved into the lead on lap twenty three. Otto clicked of some torrid laps on a very cold and windy night at Oswego. His best time came on lap thirty one when he posted a 16.782 lap time.

Todd Stowell brought his Xtreme Chassis #89 home for second place. Bob Bond, the early race leader came home in third. Pat Lavery and Craig Rayvals rounded out the top five.

The complete and official order of finish:

1.Otto Sitterly (79); 2. Todd Stowell (89); 3. Bob Bond (25); 4. Pat Lavery (99); Craig Rayvals (94); 6. Tim Gareau (5); Shawn Muldoon (1); 8. Hal LaTulip (56); 9. Keith Shampine (85); 10.
