Price Chopper, the “Official Supermarket Chain of the Oswego Speedway” continues their support of programs and advertising in 2009. As a long time corporate sponsor of the Kids On-Track program, Price Chopper now becomes the first location outside of the Box Office for fans to be able to purchase grandstand admission tickets to the Oswego Speedway.

The Oswego Speedway recognized the need for a family priced race night in 2008 when they placed five different “$10 Nights” on the schedule. This was a great promotion that allowed fans with a typical family of four to go to the races for just $24. In 2009 there are two more family priced nights for a total of seven dates ranging from early in May to the middle of August. Fans will be able to purchase tickets to these events in advance from Price Chopper.

Announcing the Price Chopper “Tickets to Go” program where race fans can buy discounted Oswego Speedway tickets for the seven “$10 Nights” in 2009. Fans will be able to purchase a $10 adult ticket for $9 and a $4 ticket (ages 6 to 16) for just $3. These discounted tickets can be purchased at any open register, twenty four hours a day, seven days a week at all Price Chopper locations from May 3rd through August 15th.

Price Chopper is one of the leading supermarket chains in the northeast with locations in New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, Pennsylvania and New Hampshire. This regional area of states along with Ohio and the Canadian Province of Ontario make up the core of supermodified racing fans. The ability to purchase these tickets right in locations where die hard race fans live should prove to be a popular option for Price Chopper customers and Oswego Speedway fans. 

These special Price Chopper tickets will be good on any of the “$10 Nights” in 2009 which includes May 9th, May 30th, June 6th, June 13th, July 18th, August 8th and August 15th. Tickets will be honored on all seven race dates. If a ticket is purchased in May and hasn’t been used as the season winds down, it can still be used for the August dates.

The Oswego Speedway welcomes back Price Chopper, the “Official Supermarket Chain of the Oswego Speedway”. In 2009 they will continue to support the Kids On-Track program by co-sponsoring the weekly bike giveaway. They will again provide Price Chopper Brand Rice Cakes to track announcer Joe Marotta. Brand new for 2009 will be the exciting option for race fans to buy discounted Oswego Speedway “$10 Night” tickets at any open register, at any Price Chopper Store throughout the northeast.
