Kids On-Track to support troops with a food drive as they pick up free t-shirts and photos.
By Oswego Speedway :: 188 Views

Kids On-Track members will be doing their part to support our troops as they bring in non-perishable food items to the Oswego Speedway over the next two races. Kids will also be picking up their free T-shirts and autograph card by showing their I.D. Badges at the Kids On-Track window.

Program coordinator Patty Dixon, along with Lisa Sova and “Red the Eagle” will be accepting food items on Independence Weekend and the following weekend at the Kids On-Track window at the Oswego Speedway.

On the July 5th “Autograph Night” kids can also pick up their full color photo of “Red the Eagle” with most of the drivers that were on hand on June 7th included in the picture. The photo along with their new 2008 Kids On-Track T-shirts will be great items to collect driver autographs on.

Patty Dixon will randomly award some U. S. Savings Bonds, supplied to Kids-On Track by PathFinder Bank, to kids that bring in food items during the two week food drive.

Parents, if your kids are among the 100 members of the Kids On-Track program for 2008, be sure to stop on down with them wearing their I.D. Badge and see Patty, Lisa or “Red” on July 5th to pick up a photo of “Red” and their 2008 T-shirts.

Kids can drop off non-perishable food items to Patty, Lisa or “Red” on July 5th and July 12th.
