The Novelis Supermodifieds had a new logo unveiled at the 2006 Awards and Hall of Fame Banquet on Saturday night October 28th at the Turning Stone Casino and Resort in Verona. The relationship which began at the beginning of the 2005 season moves ahead for 2007 with a new dedicated logo for the Novelis Supermodified division.

Carol Dillabough from Novelis, was on hand to unveil the logo, with Track Champion Greg Furlong, and make a presentation to Pat Furlong and Steve Gioia for the Oswego Speedway’s support of the Oswego County Habitat for Humanity program in 2006.

On three different occasions in the 2006 season, the Oswego Speedway held can recycling drives and a total of 42,000 cans were turned in helping the agency make plans for a new Habitat home in the community in 2007.

The Oswego Speedway is proud to be partnered with Novelis on the track with the Novelis Supermodifieds and off the track with the Oswego County Habitat for Humanity program.
