“Oswego Speedway Announces
“Classic 4x4 Bonus Laps”

The International Classic Lap Sponsorship Program has been a vital part of the Classic Weekend since 1975 and has been a major addition to the purse for the International Classic.

For the 2007 International Classic we oversold the 200-laps for the first time in many years and we would like to do it again for the 2008 International Classic as well. Classic laps will continue again this year to be sold at $25.00 a lap. We have also developed a new program for the lap program this year; it is called “Classic 4x4 Bonus”. It works this way; you pick any four laps and place a bonus of $100.00 on each of the four laps. The driver leading any one of those four laps will collect the regular $25.00 per lap plus the $100.00 bonus lap money as well. This is a win-win situation; it continues to support and help the teams and drivers, while adding more excitement to the International Classic for the fans, which are our main goals for the program.
