OSWEGO, NY (November 27) – Oswego Speedway announced its 2013 season ticket packages on Monday. The blockbuster schedule, which includes 18 nights of racing, includes some welcome additions to season ticket options for the coming year.
Next season includes the addition of a $2 senior citizen discount on all general admission and reserved seating, two more ISMA Supermodified events, the return of the R.O.C. Modifieds to Budweiser International Classic Weekend, as well as the option to add Race of Champions Weekend onto your season pass.
The two-day Race of Champions Weekend, recently moved to the month of July, has traditionally been a separate event for season pass holders at the Speedway. However, for the first time in 2013 race fans have the opportunity to include both Friday and Saturday of R.O.C. Weekend onto their season pass schedule.
A total of four separate packages are available for grandstand season pass holders during the 2013 season.
A ‘Regular Season’ pass, which excludes R.O.C. Weekend and Classic Weekend, is available for either general admission or reserved seating. Those prices remain the same as they did in 2012 with the general admission pass available for $225 and reserved seating set at $275, despite the addition of two more ISMA Supermodified events. Those options include a total savings of $29 on general admission seating and a savings of $44 on reserved seating.
The ‘Classic Weekend - Season’ pass, which excludes only R.O.C. Weekend, is available for either general admission or reserved seating and is also the same price as 2012 including the addition of two ISMA Supermodified events and the Modifieds to Classic Weekend. This season ticket option that includes all regular season events and Classic Weekend is available in general admission seating for $325 and in reserved seating for $390. These options offer a savings of $49 in general admission and $64 in reserved seating.
New in 2013 will be the addition of two options that include Race of Champions Weekend.
An ‘R.O.C. - Season’ pass, which excludes only Classic Weekend, is available for either general admission or reserved seating. This season ticket option that includes all regular season events and R.O.C. Weekend is available in general admission seating for $280 and in reserved seating for $340. These season options offer a savings of $29 in general admission and $44 in reserved seating.
The final grandstand option is the ‘Full Season’ pass, which also happens to be the most cost effective. ‘Full Season’ passes include every racing event at Oswego Speedway in 2013 and they are available in either general admission seating for $380 or in reserved seating for $455. These ticket options offer a season long savings of $49 in general admission seating or $64 in reserved seating.
A senior citizen season pass discount of $30 is available on all grandstand packages listed above.
Other season long ticket options are also available for both VIP tower seating as well as the pit area.
The VIP tower at Oswego Speedway is well known for its accommodations from high atop the Speedway racing surface that include all you can eat and drink, a FREE Speedway program, closed circuit televisions featuring a full HD view of the night’s racing, as well as air conditioning units for those hot summer nights.
Individual VIP season passes are available in ‘Regular Season’ form, excluding R.O.C. Weekend and Classic Weekend, for $725. Passes are also available in ‘R.O.C. - Season’ form, excluding only Classic Weekend, for $915. These two options offer an amazing savings of either $455 or $265 based on a week to week purchasing of VIP rooms.
There are four levels of season pass options for the pit area in 2013, just like grandstand admission.
A ‘Regular Season’ pit pass, excluding R.O.C. Weekend and Classic Weekend, is again available this season for $350, a savings of $70. The ‘Classic Weekend - Season’ pit pass also returns in 2013 for $475, a savings of $95. Each of these pit pass options remain at the same price as in 2012.
Two R.O.C. pit pass options are now available in 2013 including the ‘R.O.C. - Season’ pit pass, which excludes only Classic Weekend. This pit pass that includes all regular season events and R.O.C. Weekend is available for $455, a savings of $70.
The ‘Full Season’ pit pass that includes every racing event of the 2013 season can be purchased for $580, a savings of $95.
Along with the new additions for 2013 the same season discounts are also available. Kids 16 & under with paid adult and active military personnel will continue to be FREE at all events excluding R.O.C. Weekend and Classic Weekend.
Three day Budweiser International Classic Weekend ticket prices are also now set. A three day general admission pass is set at $105 with reserved seating at $115. A three day Classic Weekend pit pass will be marked at $125.
