OSWEGO, NY (August 14) – The final night of the championship season at Oswego Speedway is set for this Saturday, August 18 presented by Bosco & Geers and Oswego County Federal Credit Union.  The championship battles in both the Novelis Supermodified and Pathfinder Bank SBS divisions look to come right down to the wire in dramatic fashion this Saturday night.

General admission prices for Saturday’s championship event are only $15 with discounted tickets once again available at any Price Chopper Supermarkets location for just $14.

Kids 16 & under are admitted for free again this weekend with a paid adult.  Active military with ID are also free on Saturday night.

Presenting partners of Track Championship Night include Bosco & Geers, founded in 1959 by Joseph and Barbara Bosco.  Bosco & Geers is a full service food market, located on East Ave. in Oswego, specializing in fresh cut meats and assorted specialty sausages developed by co-owner Joseph Bosco Jr.  The recently added deli has developed a huge following for their fish dinners on Friday and turkey dinners on Sunday along with a variety of hot food selections and rotisserie chickens which are available daily.

With coveted Oswego Speedway Track Championships in the balance Otto Sitterly leads Pat Lavery by just 11 points in the Novelis Supermodified division while Mike Bond holds a slim 10 point edge on Kreig Heroth in the Pathfinder Bank SBS class.    

Oswego Speedway events run May through September on most Saturday nights, culminating with the Fall Championship 75 on September 15th.
