OSWEGO, NY (April 17, 2019) - Oswego Speedway management is very excited to welcome Whelen Engineering as the track’s official safety lighting supplier for the 2019 season and beyond.

Beginning with Oswego Speedway’s Season Opener on May 25, the track’s safety lighting will be replaced with state of the art, LED lights created by the team at Whelen Engineering. It will mark the first time in decades that the track’s safety lighting system has been upgraded entirely.

“We’re excited to have Whelen onboard as the official safety lighting supplier of the Oswego Speedway,” said track owner, John Torrese. “We’ve had intentions of upgrading our lighting system for several years now and thankfully Whelen Engineering was the perfect fit for us.”
