Oswego Speedway Coming to Motorsports ‘12 Racecar and Trade Show
Philadelphia’s Own Chris DeRitis to Display #66 Supermodified

OSWEGO, NY (January 17) – Oswego Speedway (NY), home of the Supermodifieds, is coming to the Motorsports 2012 Racecar and Trade Show presented by VP’s SEF Small Engine Fuels at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center located in Oaks, PA January 20-22.  Fresh off a revitalizing 2011 season, Speedway officials are excited to ring in 2012 and look to the Motorsports Racecar and Trade Show as the perfect way to kick-off the New Year.

“We are very happy to be working with Len Sammons and all of his fine people associated with Motorsports 2012,” said Oswego Speedway co-owner Eric Torrese.  “We know there are a lot of people in the surrounding Philadelphia area that have a passion for ‘The Steel Palace’ and Supermodified racing and we wanted to be sure to extend our reach to them as we prepare for 2012.”

Beginning Friday, Jan. 20 straight through Sunday, Jan. 22 race fans will have the opportunity to visit the Oswego Speedway booth to get a sneak peak at the 2012 Speedway schedule, while also having the chance to be up close and personal with an 800+ horsepower Oswego Supermodified.

Philadelphia’s own Chris DeRitis will have his #66 Supermodified on hand, and what a beautiful machine it is.  If you have never seen a Supermodified before, or haven’t in some time, you will not want to miss this chance at the Motorsports Racecar and Trade Show.

‘Steel Palace’ merchandise, including t-shirts and hoodies, will also be on sale within the Speedway booth.  Be sure to take this opportunity to sport the new look at Oswego Speedway.

The 62nd season of racing at Oswego Speedway will kick-off Saturday, May 5 featuring the Novelis Supermodifieds and Pathfinder Bank SBS Series.  Speedway events run May through September on most Saturday nights.
